Boil toor dal.
Heat oil.
Put jeera.
Then rai and hing.
Then fry onion (chopped long) for a while.
Add haldi & green chili in between.
When done, add grated ginger, tomato, dal, salt, sugar.
Simmer a bit.
Garnish with Cilantro.
Voila !
